About me

My name is Fotini, I was born in Hamburg, Germany and have been living in Lanzarote for about 10 years now. Translations are not just a job to me, I really enjoy doing them!

I’ve always been fascinated by languages and am in constant training to give the best possible service.

Currently, I am working in close collaboration with a law firm in Arrecife, Lanzarote. I do translations and write emails for them. (German, English, Spanish).

I also work with a small start-up webdesign company that entrusts me with the translations of their clients. Often, these translations are very interesting, as they can be from diverse sectors and sometimes are quite challenging and I like new challenges and new experiences.

Apart from the above, I occasionally work as editor and translator for the website ociolanzarote.com. I love Lanzarote and therefore enjoy being a small part of this tourist and leisure guide.

And so I start working on the translation as if the business was my own, doing research work and maintaining a close cooperation with my clients. Like this I constantly gain a lot of experiences and learn about new topics.
